London, 2nd April 2014: HeadStart Advisers’ flagship Fund of Hedge Funds was awarded the Fund of Hedge Funds Multi-Strategy – under $500m award at the annual HFM European Performance Awards 2014, held in London at the Hurlingham Club last week.
The HeadStart Fund of Funds was chosen by a leading panel of senior industry experts representing sizeable institutions. The judging process took into account both quantitative and qualitative information focussing on volatility, risk management, the track record as well as structural criteria.
The award is the fourth to be won by HeadStart in the past year and complements the three performance awards won by HeadStart in 2013. In addition the HeadStart Fund of Funds was also nominated in the Fund of Hedge Funds long-term performance (5 years) category.
